Busy Delivery Zones

easy Original problem by Avio Lines

Operations want to add riders to busy zones. A zone counts as busy when it has at least 3 delivered orders. Cancelled orders don't count.

Return each busy zone with its number of delivered orders as delivered_orders, most first. Break ties by zone name, A to Z.

Row order matters for this problem. Column names don't have to match.
