Signed Up but Never Rode

easy Original problem by Avio Lines

A ride-hailing app wants to send a first-ride coupon to everyone who signed up but never booked.

Return the rider_id and name of every rider with no booking, in any order.

Guest bookings (made without an account) are stored with rider_id set to NULL.

Rows can be returned in any order. Column names don't have to match.
